I am a licensed psychologist, a certified Instinctive Meditation teacher, and registered yoga teacher (RSMT-200/RYT-200). With over 25 years of experience and training in a number of therapeutic models, my approach aims to provide you with short-term relief as well as lasting change. I'll work with you to help you break free from painful patterns that contribute to depression, anxiety, self-doubt and relationship conflict by healing the source of the problem, not just the symptoms. I guide my clients toward deep connected relationships, greater insight, self-compassion, and happiness.
